Raspberry Pi, OSMC, what repos and extensions?

Updated my Pi2 to the latest version of OSMC the other day. It's main use is to stream from hard drive to TV, as well as a bit of use of the Youtube and TED apps. However I thought I should take a look at what else I can do with it.
Installed SuperRepo and another repo I can't remember at the moment, and then tried a few apps like iPlayer, 4OD, ICEfilms, 1Channel and a few others.
However most seem to not be showing any content. I'm guessing some may be showing shared movies without proper licencing, so could well be being blocked by my ISP (Virgin Media), which is fine, but presumably there are some decent free legal streaming services out there? Any suggestions?
