Okay - please help settle an argument....

Many years ago I'm (almost) certain I saw a photo of a Grif rear end that had been turned into a sofa...

Anyone got a photo???

There use to be a Tasmin/wedge sofa for guests in the Parts Dept at the Factory.

You are correct!! It was an ex RO for the TVRCC. I think he owns / runs / works at a garage. He had some 80's fords too I think. Username was possibly bomberdenton or something like that!
