Wanted: Spring inside a Griff door handle

My inside door handle (driver's side of Griff 500) has lost its return spring movement and therefore I'm in need of a replacement spring that connects inside the door handle - can any one help. Long shot I know, but you just have to ask out there!
I have tried Racetech and TVR parts but to no avail.
The driver's door opens and closes as it should do, but the driver's inside door handle will not spring back and has to be placed back into the close position manually.
If anyone knows where I can get hold of just one spring I would be most grateful. - Thanking you.

Me too on my 95 500, went last year. If you have the broken spring can you pm me the dimns, I may be able to source it, (cant get to mine easily as the roll cage stops the whale tail coming out fully without its removal.
