More questions (2): one touch windows
Discussion
My old Calibra (same window switches as Griff) was fitted with factory one touch up and down on the windows. Upon deep investogation I've discovered (and now disabled) a one touch system on the Griff - but it's done via a Clifford box so I assume (given also the poor standard of installation) that it wasn't standard?
Legally, if you have express-up fitted to a window regulator then you need to have anti-trap also. This is a tricky bit of voltage sensing electronics thats nowadays built into the window motor and stops people getting their head stuck in the window at McDonalds.
I suppose the Clifford system gets round this as its not original equipment but the extra cost of the electronics is why TVR will probably never fit it!

and even with the hood up and then fast closed the windows whilst someone has their head in the cockpit, which gives way first
