Hi all,

I have the new wheels arriving tomorrow, so in preparation i bought a new jack, this one recommended on here from amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00521RGXG/ref...

Just wondering where the recommended jacking points are though,

Many thanks

James.

Despite having recent outriggers on my Griff, I never jack from the sides. The square chassis tubes are what I use.Oh & with a bit of old carpet on the jack for protection.

I made this for the back......but still use axle stands as well.

Many thanks smile The car is slightly lowered, I'll see if the jack can fit to those points.

If lowered it probably won't. I drive my car onto some short pieces of 2" plank first.

What a great idea. I've been thinking of fabricating something similar.
