That's the one.spoke today about it made out it was priced for quick sale but after a bit of research it was up for sale with them in October for a couple of grand more.

Not a great time of year to sell so The fact it's been up since October I would see as an issue.

It doesn't say what the 'major works' in 2011 were but, in my experience, you should assume that it needs outrigger repairs (regardless of how they may look externally) if it hasn't been done already.

Now showing as sold anyway - did you buy it?

I think that was up as a private sale just before I got mine, so possibly April/May time in Leicester.
