Rubbing sound.
Discussion
When I take the Griff out of the garage after a week of not using it, it makes a rubbing sound from the front wheel area I think. The noise sounds like the wheel rubbing against the arch but I shouldn't think it's that.
It only does it the once and then no trace of the sound.
Anybody got any ideas?

Maybe something to do with the wheel bearing grease. If you are driving it in the rain perhaps some water is getting past the seal and causing some rust on the bearing races and it takes a few revolutions of the wheel for the grease to clean up the rust.
Just a guess Groucho, but the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Could it not be the front discs just tarnished a little, the sound being the pads cleaning them up??
I don't think it's that, I think I know the sound you're referring to. I was thinking along the lines of suspension as the driveway slopes slightly upwards from the garage and the noise sounds just as the wheels travel over the slope.
