Help with a paint code

Looking for P422 PJ388....don't see it listed anywhere. It's a medium blue, supposedly a "Toyota blue pearl?" color on a 94 Griff.
Thank you in advance for any help to get paint to match.

I think your code is probably "PJ38B", as per below from the table? seems to match?

Thxs Moycie....the last digit on my paint code is likely a "B" and not an "8" after looking at the code you gave....and after re-looking at the plate on the Griff. I'll see if I can get a sample to see if that's the correct colour. Thxs for your help!
