wobbly headlight

One of my headlights feels like it is only being held in by two of the three clips. I'm guessing it's a lens off job to sort it, can't see anything much from behind


I can only imagine that these crude brackets are intended to reduce vibration? Original, factory fit?

I had one fall out as I was assembling them on a bench; all clips now have a dab of araldite to hold them to the glass, 13 years on and no problems.PS Steel bracket is standard.
