Brake disks - these any good?

He was asking if anyone has tried these - they look like the right size for a later 500. Look good and are very reasonable. Is it possible to buy crap discs?

Yes it is possible to buy crap discs and ones that don't fit.

Steve, Have you tried pads from all the different performance manufacturers? I was wondering what your thoughs were on which to go for - EBC, Mintex, etc. Mainly for road use.

Hmm it does not mention what make they are? must be china I have red dot drilled on the front with matching pads these work exelent, i am about to fit blackdiamond drilled to the rear with girling pads and not to mention the braded hoses.

Personally not heard of them but it does state

They are made by Motorsport Tuning & Engineering Company.
so they seem like british made, at that price worth at least an enquiry in my book.

Mintex 1144, Ferodo DS2000 or Tarox.

Currently using Ferodo on all my Tivs.
I avoid EBC like the plague. They are better than nothing but only just IMHE
