Servicing - 6000mls - book 48000 mls

Car booked in for it's 12month service next week. Now this should be a 6000 service (not done that many though) but the next card in the handbook is for the 48000 service. Can anyone give me an idea on what will be done during this service. I've got some Silkolene oil to take along, and the plugs/leads were only changed October (so they really shouldn't need doing).
