Anyone any tips how they remove the spark plug shrouds ? Two of them will not shift. Thanks

Are you referring to the steel shrouded extenders?
If so, then look at the construction you will see the steel is in 2 halves with the joining edges folded over. Along the folded edge there is a notch. Turn the extender around until the folded edge is closest to the cylinder head casting. Use a large straight bladed screwdriver and put the edge of the blade in between the slot in the extender and the head casting ....then twist.

I find the easiest way to remove a stuck extender is to make a lasso from a 60cm or so piece of nylon cord. Fit the lasso just under the curved neck of the extender and pull upwards in line with the orientation of the plug.

Thanks. I’ve always been able to get them out undamaged before but these two ain’t shifting to I’ll give the above a go.
