I`m looking for some extra security for my new tyres on the Griff, has anyone fitted locking nuts under the centre cover of thier 500 type alloys? What thread are the nuts to look for and will most makes fit inside the center cap?.........Martin

On my centre caps I have a different type of locking screw which neds a special key to unscrew it. I guess that could still be levered off of someone really wanted them, but I guess most wheel thiefs don't want odd sized wheels. Their Sierras would look daft with 15s on the front and 16s on the rear or vice versa. They want 17s all round anyway !!

Edit - just noticed you said tyres, but same almost aplies.
