Anyone bought items from Act Performance Products?

On the 21st of May I placed an order with Act for a Silicone Hose Kit in red for my 4.3 Griffith. I was told 3 or 4 weeks as they needed to be made in my colour choice. Now its 3rd of July and no news whatsoever. They do not answer emails-- I have sent 5 emails in total and phoned also. I just get a recorded message!!
Does anyone know or have comments on Act's business activities?

I ordered a set of SP12s off them in March. Great to deal with and very helpful .

Very customer focussed and good to deal with.

For me Tim has certainly caused me much concern. I sent him another email today. I have just this second noticed on a pop-up that it has been returned as undeliverable! It said nothing on his recorded message when I rang this morning about holiday. Just something about staff problems. But surely not to reply to email messages even if you are on holiday is not acceptable in this day due to mobile phones etc. If it is Tim's business is it not expected for that person to look after it?
When I ordered back in May he said he did not want a deposit, so at least I am not out of pocket--I just want the hoses! Maybe there are business problems and something unfortunate was beginning to happen and now it has come to an end.

Never had issues with Tim @ ACT and used them plenty of times any slight issues dealt with promptly too

Before the naysayers start on Tim's business... Surprise surprise, I have just rang ACT and they answered! Tim is away until Monday, red hoses are a special order and no money, as you say, has exchanged hands, ergo.......

Im another....ive had a few bits off him and no issues, although, a bit ste with emails was my experience!

Only had parts off him a couple of weeks ago no problem very helpful, as a retuning customer all postage details there. Would recommend without question.

You can get same hoses from Viper Performance. I ordered red and received within a week.
