Has anyone tried ZZR’s on a Griff or Chimp?

I’ve got Avon zv5s. Really good in the dry but had a couple of scary moments coming off roundabouts (gently!) in the wet. Enough to make me contemplate changing for rainsports.

They are an extreme dry weather track tyre,so if you only use it on sunny warm days then they will provide unstickable grip. If you use it in the cold or wet, or you would like to unstick it, then the zzs would be a better choice.

I did a wet trackday in my Caterham on ZZRs and I was the slowest by a mile. Same track, same weather a month later on zzs tyres and I was one of the fastest out there!

I’ve got ZZR’s on the atom, want to change them to 52’s, the Atom rear fits the Griff front. Man maths etc.
