It’s been 8 years since the last mot.

Had it done yesterday and it sailed through.

Usual excuses, it’s sat in the garage due kids, extension, dog, etc etc etc.

Drove it today to work and back and loved every minute, well apart from getting the roof section in the boot !!!

It was a fabulous car, but had to sell it last year due to sciatica.

I gave up on that years ago. Leave it at home and play weather roulette !

You could always get one of the Cambria Cirrus folding targas - not cheap but easier to stow.

Wow 8 years !!!

I hope you give it some use over the summer. If the family commitments allow, try a few days touring Wales or Europe then you really appreciate how special these cars are.

I’ve been changing everything over the last few months.

All fluids, diff, gearbox, engine oils, brake and clutch, coolant and 2 new fans as one of the old ones was seized, went for the upgraded brushless motor fans.

Flexible fuel hoses replaced.

Fuel tank sender.

Callipers rebuilt, new discs, pads and hoses.

Plus lots more that I can’t remember, the list goes on.

Job for this week, I think one of the exhaust manifold gaskets has gone, I’ve been furloughed so plenty of time.
