ribbon cable for fan control
Discussion
I could ask the guy that had my old 1995 Chim' project to sift through the large box of redundant electricals that went with it.
The heating and associated kit, wiring etc, were parts that had been removed from the car.
Do you think that year car might have had the ribbon cable you are after?

Hi thanks for offer Lance if it has earlier fan control which i believe was 3 speed controlled by selecting resistors in circuit then no. My system is variable speed switch a PWM modulation .if its that system then i would be very interested in the parts!!! my Ribbon cable checks out ok The heating and associated kit, wiring etc, were parts that had been removed from the car.

the transistor is in the speed control i.e the rheostat control ive already ordered from Farnell just carefully un-gluing the LED,s etc
all other components check out okay. the Main Power transistor mounted on heat sink need to check tomorrow ill put a direct supply onto motor no open circuit .
cheers
Im surprised no one has gone aftermarket on this if its just a speed controller, they cost almost nothing:
