Welcom to PH Gold

If you nean Fascia, and your thinking of making your own then you could use your own as a template. They normally have a steel backing.
Not many templates around/if any at all as there have been a few variations on Led/dial positions etc over the years so.

Leven tech do the steel one, or You could send it too London Carriage Craft Ltd.
Tel. 0208 428 3991 site. www.london-carriage-craft.com

I changed mine myself and a fair few others have.

Hi, and welcome to the PH massive!

I too have a 4.3 Griff and have just changed the wood veneer dash for a Leven stainless one. I've also replaced the window/heater switch panel for stainless. If you want any help with the job, mail me and I'll see if I can advise! One thing I did was change the original method of retaining the instruments - glued angle brackets - for glued sections of plastic tube into which the instruments slide. I wrapped draught excluder round the instrument body for a tight fit. It makes mounting easier and means you can 'straighten up' the instruments with the dash in place. The holes for the instruments in the Leven dash I used were fractionally too small for the instrument bezels to sit flush as standard, so mine now butt against the dash a la 500. Photos to follow...

PS I've got my old dash knocking around if you want to use that for a template for carbon fibre, or stainless of your own design, or even get it veneered and keep your car on the road in the meantime. Mail me if you're interested.

So, did you want to try some 303 on your rear screen, Ian?
