Griff Legend Panel
Discussion
I need the piece of plastic that goes behind the warning light panel. Have asked various dealers and it is not available. The factory deny all knowledge of the part. Typical!
I can make one, but I'm quite tight on time to get it ready for the Growl as there quite a few other things to finish.
If any one has an ole indicator panel with the back part attatched they could spare, I woulg be most greatful.
Going to run the engine for the first time in two years tomorrow following a full rebuild. Hope it starts!
Thanks.

not good!!
The engine turns over and 80% of the electrics work perfectly.
Except the fuel pump and the ecu. Result- engine doesn't fire. So in my frustration I have decided instead of keeping the foxguard alarm for the first few hundred miles, and fault finding the system (probably the unit) I am going to install the new Meta one I purchased a while ago. Looking at the instructions it seems straight forward enough.
However, the only wiring diagram I have is the one in the "bible" and my car bares no resemblance to that at all. In fact, even the owners manual is different to the actual vehicle.
So I called a TVR specialist company, Car and Bike Installations who have much experience in these matters and he is coming round next week to fit the new units.
BTW if any one has a wiring diagram for a 500 I would love a copy.
Mr Fedup!

Sounds like your wiring is like mine. Nothing quite matches the bible or the user guide...
The heated seats relay is really the 2nd fan relay...
My fuel pump however was wired up as in the bible.
I have started a wiring list but it's nothing like complete. (It was only just enough to get my couple of little jobs done)
