Ordered (from Mr Lamont-thanks, exc service as always..)new set, only because old set looked a bit sad. My, my what a difference! Not night and day but runs a little smoother, revs a little easier etc. Seemed to be running ok before but the difference definitely worth the cost. Go on, you know you want to.....incidentally, wasn`t looking for any improvement.

Mine are in the post at the moment... Hope I get them before Mr Batty sees the car - or he'll say I'm not looking after it

Are your plug leads non standard?
You will find that with standard leads, the plug shrouds are resistive and that is why they are more expensive than non resistive ones.

Blue magnecors...and about 2 yrs old but seem fine. As is dizzy cap but will replace rotor arm fairly soon. Old adaptors same as the ones I replaced them with by look of it. they just looked very tired and "aged". Bit like how I sometimes feel!!!

Dave. Feeling knackered after some tlc on griff. Inside and out. bye all!

Yes TVR engines use regular Landrover cap and rotor.

With regard to the resisted adapters, TVR only used them because they offer heat protection for the leads, you can use either but we prefer non resisted as the leads are resisted anyway.
