A military Land Rover and a Challenger tank, apparently. Clear ones are some NATO special. Always available on ebay for about £45, otherwise try LR specialists. Never seen smoked, I'm afraid, I guess the market isn't big enough to make them (until soldiers start modding tanks!).

Leavensley's in leicestershire sell the clear ones for about £10 plus VAT secondhand. Bought mine from them. You need to give them the code for the orange ones, so they can match them.

The guy in parts told me that they come from a military land rover.

Clear are available as posted already altho you could consider some kindda glass replacement, DB and I have used alternative glass and silver bulbs to replace them with, a bit more fiddly but not that bad.

The smoked rears are off a Vaux Cav GSI 2000, you could try EBay I spose.

The company is Leavesley in Buron-on-Trent and the guy in spares was Stuart when I bought mine (£8 each all in) although they may be about £10-£12 each now.
If you get the clear ones I suggest Philips silvervision bulbs so you don't get the fired egg effect.
