Gearbox oil

I need to replace the gearbox oil in my griff 500 - T5 gearbox.
Apparently I should be using Mobil ATF 220
Does anyone know if this is correct - if not, what should I use - and most importantly where can I buy it from !!
Cant find the Mobil ATF anywhere

Andy you should get ATF (Automatic transmision fluid) no problem ,its getting Mobil thats the problem ,I allways use Silkolene silktran syn 5 75W-90 fully synthetic gear oil in my T5 and find it much smoother to use ,I dont like the idea of using ATF and a Rally sport dealer told me they use the Silkolene in all Cosworth T5s for road and competition,I have used it for three years now its east to get and the gearbox feels better and better good luck Steve.

I'll give it a go - particularly as i've got 5 litres of the stuff in my garage !!!!
