Griff 500 Roof Weatherseals

The weatherseals on the fold down section of my roof are starting to split, especially where the door windows abutt.

I have a Woolies catalogue which includes lots of different types of seals - mmmmmm very confusing.

Does anyone know a source for the seals (i.e. someone who knows exactly what to supply without me specifying patterns etc, just car make and model), how to remove the old and install the new?

Advice most appreciated.

I bought this yesterday from TVR Gear, it's called the 'hoop seal'. Only a couple of quid per metre.

I just noticed mine has started to split too. Will be interested to hear how easy/difficult it is to replace...

For Anyone interested:

As recommended I contacted DAVID GERALD by e-mail for costs and guidance.

Response was as follows:

'Thanks for your e mail ; a new seal is £14.10 inc vat & we have in stock ..it simply clips on and can be tapped firmly into place ..you may find there is small pop rivet at either end. Postage 3.50 regards Doug Ellwood'.

Later inspection on my car identified the seal is on tight but can be pulled off. There were no pot rivets on my '94 500, perhpaps on later ones.
