Service materials query

I am going to carry out the service (full) on my 96 Griff 500 myself and have been scouring the handbook and Bible to find the references for the consumeables and have located the quantity and specs of most of the liquids but I cannot find the spec or part ref nos. for the following, can anyone assist please. Also can you suggest a good mail order site for these parts or is it a trip to the nearest main dealer (40 miles each way)

a)Oil Filter.
b)Spark Plugs.
c)Fuel Filter.
d)Drive Belt. (P/Steering but no A/C)

Oil filter is a classic Range Rover part.
Spark plugs are NCK B7ECS - page 72 in bible section called spark plugs... Next to the page with the NGK codes explained.
Fuel filter is another rover part.
PAS belt is a special or measure it .
