Thank you very much for my manifolds, and yes they were a bas**rd to fit but I did not have to remove the starter :hehe:, the bad news and a tip for everyone is one of the holes in the head had striped, as I did not want to remove the head I tapped it out to seven sixteen unc, cut a starter tap down in length and a second tap weld a nut on the end and using a ratchet spanner and some tap oil re tapped it out, because this is the next size up no drilling was required and yes it was number 7 exhaust port.

D*mn!! One day late, just took my manifolds off yesterday, gave the faces a clean and refitted. Ba*tard of a job, but I didn't have to remove the exhaust.

I fitted a set of these (or rather, had them fitted) earlier this year on our 4.0L. Fantastic! I particularly like the load clicking noise they make when they cool down.

I think Steve made the induction hose himself, he's a bit handy from what I can tell

Is that top radiator hose VERY badly kinked or just an optical illusion? If it's kinked you might wanna sort that out .. the silicone pipe will be about 4mm thick so there's precious little room for proper flow left in that .. looks like it's not actually the right angle for the job?

As said above though, love the curvy shiny pipe to the plenum

Yep a slight kink, however no problems with cooling le manns proved this

Have to agree it does look kinked, looks like it's a 45 degree elbow ? , should be a 90 degree 38mm bore.
It may well flow enough but to a hose anorak looks odd
