It's been perfect this week, IMHO. Bright and sunny, but not TOO hot. It means I could drive my Griff a long distance without getting too hot. After having a new water valve fitted early in my ownership, it does actually blow cool air from outside with the heat turned all the way down.

Yes, the roof was on, I've tried, but am unable to get it in the boot. frown I know how it's supposed to go in, I used to do it regularly with Chimaeras I've owned. I just leave it at home if I'm not going far. smile

To get the roof into the boot, hold it with the top side facing the front of the car and the indentations on the corners at the bottom. Left edge in 1st then it should slid in … I alway knock off the boot seal on the right but that’s standard !

The roof is certainly a squeeze in the boot, mine has a wool carpeted boot which robs even more space in the boot, my boot seal also used to come off when withdrawing the roof, I've stuck it down with evo-stick and it's not budged since.

Is that with the spare wheel in or out?

Like the ordinal poster, I have struggled to get my roof in the boot (in fact, I have never achieved it!). Fortunately, have the easier solution - a Surrey top.
