and how do i remove or bypass it ?

I've tried to post a couple of pictures. It says Gemini on the key fob, is it a 931 or 932 and can i expect the wires to be colour coded as per the install guide (If i have the right one).

When activated it inhibits fuel pump and starter, and I hear these things are pretty flaky as it is 1994 vintage plus it drains the battery in 2 weeks.

If you have the install instructions then it should be straightforward.
I have no experience with Gemini alarms but it should be easy enough to be honest.
If it controls the locking just remember that won't work if you do take it out.
If in doubt any auto electrician would probably have it out in 10 mins.

i posted a picture of the sounder of my alarm mounted next to the radiator.

Is this the entire alarm system or just the sounder i.e. is there another alarm control box somewhere else or is everything contained within the sounder enclosure ?

thanks

Yes, it is just a sounder.

The alarm and immobiliser will be under the dash top, with a wire running to the sounder. Depending on wire connections, alarms are often changed and the existing sounder used. Some have internal batteries though, which fail. frown
