Changing low pressure power steering hoses
Discussion
Hi folks,
I'm looking to change the low pressure hoses on my 2000 griffith 500 and would appreciate some advice on hose size and lengths.
I've measured as best as I can get in and where they leave the reservoir and they appear to be 2 different diameters, one approx 25mm one 20mm, does this sound about right, maybe 5/8" an 1/2" bore?
Confirmation of diameters and total length of each would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nigel

I've recently had PAS fitted to my 1997 Griff 500.
I manged to find a used complete system off a Chimaera. The hoses were not the best due to age. I asked Andy at Specialist Sports Cars, if he could fit the system while the car was in for service and MOT. He had a complete PAS hose kit ready to go on the shelf. Might be worth a call.

Thanks Yatesy350i, I think I've seen his kits online, I believe i only need the low pressure hoses which should be fairly inexpensive as they don't have swaged on ends, I'll just need to try and get an accurate measurement. Motaclan from memory supply the hoses and are fairly knowledgeable but knowing TVR nothing is ever "standard"...
