I know this is a bit of a shameless plug, but I advertised this on PH for a realistic figure and didn't get a sausage! Is the market dead or is this just a seasonal thing? Can't pull an auction during the final 12 hours, new ebay rules. Well over 100 people watching, surely one of those wants a bargain! Might be better off keeping it and building another garage for the SL!

I notice that several of the bidders are 0 rated - now you KNOW that anyone 0 rated is never going to buy the car even if they win. So if you're lucky one of them will bid it up then disappear. Then you can stick it back on with a decent reserve and everyone is happy :-)

Winning bidder just sent me an email saying he won't be picking it up (or paying for it)for another 3 weeks so I have just sent hime one back saying if thats the case he won't be picking it up at all! Deal is off, perhaps all for the best really as that was a really silly price! So it looks like I still have a Griff over winter, if anyone has any spare storage facilities (yorkshire area) drop me a mail!

That is cheap but I suppose you'll always get nearer a trade bid than retail on ebay unless there's a reserve.

How come the winner can't pay up? As you say, perhaps its the get out clause you needed.

As said above, I'd tell them you sold it today elsewhere.
