Number plate lights.

Hi,
Does anyone know where I may get some replacement number plate lights for my Grif. I snapped one when cleaning it, but dont know what they are from ???

I would like to replace mine as well. One broken and stuck together with super glue!! Has anyone replaced them with something more substantial?

Mine are hidden behind the number plate, never seen them, let alone cleaned them! Did they change this on later cars to a more conventional setup?
