Found: clear front indicators in stock & cheap(ish)

Have found a source for the clear front "challenger tank" indicators: A military vehicle specialist in Sussex. Priced at £13.50 each plus vat and P&P. (£35.25 a pair delivered) Just sent the cheque so will post results when they arrive.... Guy says he has plenty for we 'vain' TVR boys.....

I havn't had the lights yet so can't comment on quality or actual delivery service but he was quick to reply and has a sense of Humour.

Er, what do these look like? My repeaters are cracked so I might be interested if they look OK - what are the originals (early griff 500) from, and are they still available?

These are clear front round indicators to replace the amber jobs. The originals are supposed to be ex MOD, I sent a photo of the originals to the guy and he's sure these are clear versions of the same - for a challenger tank....really...

The side repeaters can be had easily from ebay, - original ford fiesta / mondeo clear oval, for about 7 quid: I got some a couple of weeks back , absolutely fine. You then need to buy silver bulbs (much better than amber ones showing through) another couple of quid.

If its the front ones you need I'll drop you a note when mine arrive to let you know how good / bad they really are.
