Clutch fluid on the floor!!

I have just found loads of clutch fluid on my floor maty, seems it is leaking down the pedal. What is leaking and how difficult/expensive will it be to fix?

Could be the seal on the Master cylinder, have you tried do a seach in the forums as I am sure this has been up before with. I pretty sure you can get a seal kit for it.

Master cylinder seals failed - cheap to fix and a DIY job (if you have the bible) as long as you don't mind being upside down for a few hours. Advise you take the drivers seat out though. Any dealer or independant should be able to provide you with a clutch seal kit for minimal cost.

Cheers guys. Sadly I need the car thsi weekend so it's going ot be a rush job for the nights this week! I'll have it off tomorrow and try and get hold of one by Wednesday.

Well, got he clucth master cylinder replaced by David Batty for a very reasonable price, took him around a hour. Saved me a lot of crawling around under the steering wheel in the cold. Top man! I can definitley reccomend him!
