Windscreen washer trouble!!

Happy New Year to All!
I', hoping someone could help with a little advice.
I have lost the pipe and washer jet assembly on my passenger side wiper. The pipe has also taken with it the inline connector from the grille.
I'm now left with a hole in the grille.
I've ordered a new inline adaptor from the helpful man at www.tvrcarparts.com
and I've also ordered the new wiper/washer system from the extremely helpful people at Leven ( www.leventechnology.co.uk - go to 'Latest News' for details of new wiper/washers).
I am soon going to be faced with the dubious task of retreving the piping from the box section. My car is a '95, so does not have the helpful holes mentioned in the Bible.
I'm thinking it's a good idea to drill an access hole from the engine side of the bulkead, as I don't want to remove the dashboard if I can help it! So a couple of questions if you don't mind:
Has anyone done this?
Where did you drill the hole and how big was it?
Do you have a photo?

I'm not sure if this is gonna help as when I lost my washer pipe it was the washer bottle end and I'm not that familiar with the windscreen end but it may do so here goes.
I managed to retrieve the pipe by removing the side repeater. Here's a pic of BB's car (hope you don't mind BB but I found it useful). I hooked the tube out using a piece of wire (coat hanger) and a bit of luck.
I guess the cavity on the pax side would be similar so it may be possible to thread it through. I think it was also possible to get to the cavity via the front indicator or at least the hole that's in place to allow you to access to the back of the indicator unit.

Thank you for posting the picture for me Joolz, but I've provided a duff explanation. My tube has become disconnected at the grill the wiper blade gearboxes are mounted.
The drivers side one works (just), so the pipe is still connected. It is very low pressure as I imagine the fulid is taking the easy route out of the end of the disconnected tube. Any use of the washers fills the car with a lovely winter washer fluid smell - God knows where the fluid is going!!!

Have just finished fixing the problem - what a nightmare.
Drilled a box section out with a dremmel, about 1" x 0.5" and fished the disconnected pipe out.
Came out nice and easy - too easy - as it had pulled the drivers side pipe off - argghhh!!!
So, removal of bonnet catch and another dremmel session later, new piping (a bit more generous in length this time) and it's all connected again.
I've also fitted my new Leven wipers, blades and jets - outstanding results compared to previously. Would definately recommend to anyone dissapointed with the original setup.
