LE Lights info required please

Hi all,

I'm looking at putting some 7" LE lights in my 97 500 and need a bit of info if you can help pls.

1. Does the light assembly have a rubber boot on the rear covering the light/rear pod area?

2. Adjusters, Is it just 2 brass knobs (ooer missus)

3. Roughly how far back does the front of the lens sit from the rear/top of the elliptical perspex cover?

4. Does the dip element stay alight when the main beam is activated in the main pod ?

IMHO this is a mod that would sell, I for one love the look of the griff with the larger lamps.
SOMEBODY should make a mould and sell the bare pods.
Maybe a slight difference for copyright.
