You could fit the 500 manifolds to a pre-cat, ( would loose the crisp exhaust note though) , but you can't fit the pre-cat manifolds to a 500 Serpentine as they foul the chassis mounted swirl tank.
Move the swirl tank over a few inches, would also save it getting f
d when the engine mounts go
edited coz: thinking about it Tim do you mean the expansion tank ?

Lets not forget you would also need to fit the Y piece and manifolds as the joint between them is different on a 500.
Shawn why would you want to anyway? whats up with your current ones?? I can't see the 500 producing more power?? even without the cats surely the volumes would be larger slowing the exhaust gas speed??? isn't this a bad thing Tim??
Del, the other thing to remember is you'd need to relocate the lambda sensors on your 500 if you were about to do what I think your
about! and there would be no kidding anyone you had any CATs in it an MOT time.. Chris

It's the swirl tank that needs relocating
The tank needs moving across, and also recessing into, the chassis crossmember.
The swirl tank pipe outlet needs blanking off and relocating to clear under the manifolds.
The return pipework also needs modifying, using a combination of Chimaera 's' bends, to clear under the chassis crossmember.
It is worth all the effort though, honest!!
