wiper fuse

Driving through town yesterday when the windscreen wipers suddenly stopped working. Pulled over at a petrol station and buried myself in the passenger footwell to change the suspected fuse (20 amps from slot 15) which looked burnt out. This didnt fix the problem though, when flicking the wipers they did nothing and I got a clicking sound from the passenger footwell. Is there an additional fuse that needs replacing as well? Quite sure I got the correct slot in the fuse box, correct 20a fuse, tried several new fuses...

Any idea where I can get hold of a new wiper relay for a 97 500 ?
