Engineer/machinist required

Having acquired a woodrim steering wheel for my Griff, I need to bring the rim a bit closer to me as the dish on the wheel is shallower than the standard wheel. So what I need is a spacer to install between the boss and the wheel.
These are widely available for the Momo bolt pattern (70mm PCD) e.g.: http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.co

Problem is the Personal wheel uses a 74mm PCD and the only place I can find a suitable spacer is the US with postage that renders the excercise rather expensive. Actually that's not true, I've found one source in the UK (Gardner Douglas), but it's £20 and no guarantee it'd fit (designed for Raid wheels - same bolt pattern but horn button fitment may differ) and I'm a tight git.

So...anyone out there who has the facilities/will to make one up (preferably in aluminium) to suit the Griff wheel and boss? I'm thinking somewhere between 15-25mm thick. If so, please let me know the cost.

Yes I know I could go to an engineering firm for it, but hey - what's PH for?!

Hi I could do that only one thing I have no 80mm dia aloy to turn down to make the spacer for you, if you sorce it I will do it for a
Ste.

I think my Dad has some 80mm aircraft grade aluminium alloy bar. I'll check and report back.

MrMaggit, that would be superb! Supplier near me only sells 'standard' length stock - i.e. 12ft or something!
