change oil in gerbox rover 500 griff

hi every one can someone please tell me how to go about changing my gearbox oil where is the oilfillercap bolt thinky on the box so i can do it myself i h\ve got to go underneath to fix brake light sender so i migth as well change the oil as well manythanks PAUL
