Before I start may I say to the Moderators that this is not a sales pitch through the back door and accordingly I shall not respond to any suggestion of offers.

I shall more than likely be looking to sell the Griff in the Autumn or next Spring. During the beginning of this year I replaced the standard Estorils (fitted with Bridgstone Potenza SO2s) with 17" 10 spoke alloys shod with Toyo T1Rs. The Estorils are near perfect and all 4 SO2s have better than 6mm left above the 1.6 mm warning bars.

My question is this: do I sell the car with the 17" wheels fitted or would it be better to refit the Estorils and sell the 17" wheels separately.
(I have heard that a set of Estorils in good condition with tyres are a rare commodity on the second hand market)
I am not out to make a fast buck but neither do I want to be left with a set of wheels that hang about for months on end.
Common sense tells me to put the std wheels back on, but what's the general opinion?

Thanks, Paul

Sell the car with 17" on.

Then sell the Estorills separately, one rear to me, then the rest on e-bay. I WILL respond to a PM if yo want shot of one!

I would be inclined to sell with the 17" rims on but, hold onto the originals wheels until you sell the car...not having the original wheels may be a sticking point for some purchasers.

I would also say advertise the car with both sets. If the prospective buyer wants to sprint or track day the car a second set would be a good selling point.
