Doesn't it drive you mad when your mech says it'll be ready by a certain day and you ring up to find out it ain't ready and not only that he's got a day off the day you were due to collect the car and anyway although the coffee is like the stuff George Kennedy drank when they farted round the camp fire in Blazing Saddles you dont even drink the stuff that often anyway so even though it's hot it's cold comfort and the weather's gonna be great this weekend and although there's footy on it'd be nice to have a blast before 4 and the bevvies for the Brasil game but saying that you have to weigh up the fact that you trust the guy not to take your car to Oulton to rag the arse off it and hope you dont see it on a photo somewhere in future and let's face it it's only a car

Dave , indeed he will. Gearbox bushes & (hopefully only) manifold gasket replacement, plus oil & filter change & mot. Edit: and a gear change prob ? clutch master cylinder.

Cant grumble; been telling him to have a day off for months; Plus there's just him now I believe as his other tiv man has a new job. Mr L must be knackered

Sorry. I made him have a day off so we could go to my friends birthday in Litchfield and I wanted to see what he looked like without being covered in Waxoyl and out of his overalls

Execpt he didnt make it as he was asleep for nearly 24 hours.
