Hi All ,
I have a small request to you all , i'm trying to establish what stock levels in terms of drinks I need to consider for the BBWF BBQ. Would you say the majority are Bitter, Real Ale , lager , bottle beer , cider or a good mixture of all
. Any help would be appreciated.

Spitfire is always on I think maggit.
Andrea would like some cider (Old Rosie, Westons bottles (Vintage) or similar). Real ale for me - prefer 2 different extras but something mid strength (4-5%). Maybe something local. Approx 60% male and 40% female for the BBQ - 110 at the moment and expecting the full 120 no problem.
Kirk - As a heads up, for the curry there will be about 30 of us coming in late afternoon on the 4th and we're leaving to go for a curry in Stratford at 8.30. We're coming back around 11.30. Will you still be open as we'll come back for a nightcap, otherwise we'll coach back to the hotel.

my regular real ale is Spitfire ... I will also have at least two more ales probably from a local brewer called Goffs - do a really nice selection.
We also stock Guinness , Stella , Carling XC , Castlemaine xxxx , Strongbow , Flowers Best , Boddingtons Cream , .... standard bottles are Holsten Pils , Bud , becks , Magners Cider , and a few alocopops.

then no problems . Law 
states that I must not let anyone in after 11:00 without prior arrangements , as I'm licensed till the wee hours this is to stop people travelling from nearby pubs etc trying to get late drinks after 11:00.

As jeffsy said max 35 from the curry but probably nearer 30. We'll update you early in the week before on numbers - can give you names too if that helps. Did you pick up we're coming in before as well with the coach picking us up at 8.30.
I'm at 115 for the BBQ and the cut off is next week so I'll call you next week with the final number and sort payment etc.
Spoke with Roger today - he's now home and looking forward to this Saturday night - 130 should be a fantastic night and the weathers looking good too.
