Rear Lights

I need to get hold of some smoked rear lights, preferably new ones for my Griffith 500.

Does anyone know where I could get these from?

I managed to get some smoked units for my S, but they dont sell Cavilier lights.

All help welcomed.

I bought some smoked GSi lights off ebay, but I'm afraid they're fairly poor. You're welcome to them for nowt at the Growl - but as I say, they're far from 'new'...

When i was looking for some Vauxhall, if you can get them, wanted around £90 each + VAT. e-bay is your best bet - I got some near mint ones for less than £20 the pair.

You will struggle to get a pair - one side only (I think it's the offside) is available from Vauxhall, the other is not available as a new part anywhere. I recently had a new offside one fitted which nowhere near matched the original nearside so I insisted that a matching pair was found - the bodyshop managed to find a second hand pair from a salvage place, and out of the twenty replies he got from his general enquiry, only one was suitable (and that was the pair I had).

Sorry , but those are the wrong ones.....
These are the later ones, we need slightly earlier ones without the nasty black strip

You could always get some decent std lenses and try these people..www.clearblack.co.uk They offer a two year guarantee and quoted me £55 + £7.30 P+P to coat some std rear lenses.

I've seen those fitted to a Griff and they looked alright. Different - but alright!

I made the mistake of buying these ones with the black strip on, youd have to do some mods to make em fit, got a correnct set of smoked of ebay for 12quid to the door and just soaked them to get any crap off, and they look great ps Ive got a pair of lexus syle if your interested?

You'll have to grind bits off any standard units to make them fit the TVR light recess. Keep the old ones by as a guide.
