Essex Concoy to the Growl on Saturday?

As per last year, there are a few of us who will be traveling up to the Growl on the Saturday morning. I will be coming from Colchester.
First pick up will be the A12/M25 services where Tegriffic & Seasider will be joining me.

Any other takers?

Our journey will take us anticlock round the M25 (so S.Mimms is another stop if called for) then up the M40 (I think!).

We live at Junction 20 of the M25. The A41 turn off. Could we join the convoy there? If yes, what sort of time?

Dont mind slidding doen to the M25 M1 junction ( about 30/40 mins from me) and then on up to the Gerowl..what time are you planning to go past that way? Not too early me hopes.

Ok, no probs for anyone to join (Precat / BB / Hoover etc). The first meeting point will be the A12/M25 around 10.30, then on to South Mimms Services for Hoover (and possibly BB as not sure on the route to take from there).

From here, we can stick to M roads and continue on the M25, round to the M40, then up that until Banbury.
OR
Turn off the M25 for the M1/A5 north to Milton Keynes, the West on to the A421, then A422 for Banbury, then on to the Hotel.
OR
Turn off the M25 on to the A41 to Bicester, round Bicester North on the B4100 towards Banbury, the on to the A422 to the hotel.

It all depends on who wants to be picked up where, and if the time suits everyone. I don't see the point in getting there at the crack of dawn to not do a lot, so the idea would be to take our time (60/70mph) and arrive around 1pm if that suits?

The floor is open, please suggest either way......

Give him a break, you KNOW it's the only way he can hear it over us precats. Reeso, Not fussed what route and happy with whatever the crowd decide or the pickups dictate.

What's the estimated time at M25 / M1 junction or M25 / A41 junction

Hi, Interested in joining A12/M25 junction will be there for 10.30, have they finished the rebuilding of the services? If not maybe the Holiday Inn Car Park?

Right everyone. So far we have the following people who want to attend and meet areas:

Me / Tegriffic / Seasider / Phantastic.....A12/M25 services at 10.30 or the Holiday inn if nowhere to park at the services. Leaving by 10.45 to head for....

Hoover / Precat / Ballistic Banana at M25 South Mimms (J23) for 11.30, leaving by 12 to head for the Growl.

Once Friday evening comes, I will only be contactable via mbl. Any problems or no shows please let me know so we don't hang around for no reason. Any delays, again please let me know. We can finalise the route at South Mimms, but I think I know which way we will go.

Any more for any more?
