Hot Start underbonnet kit - fitting advice needed

Can someone advise me please?

I'm fitting an underbonnet hot start kit from David Beer to my 4.3 and am confused with the fitting.

I've dropped a mail to Devid but hope someone whose fitted one can help in the meantime.

There are two long (1m approx)red wires attached to the relay in the kit, one with male spade connector, the other with a female connector.

David's instructions state to remove the thin black wire with female spade connector from the back of the starter and plug the long red wire with female spade connector on to the starter in its place.

Question is; where do I then plug the other long red wire with male spade connector?

I fixed my slow cranking by fitting a bigger current battery, 630 amps, now turns over a treat, if the hot start doesn't work tryo this, Lucas, (LSUK?) 031/4.

Thanks for your responses.

I've answered my own question in that I've got it fitted and working. The instructions on the 'chimera pages' were not applicable to the Hot start kit David sent me as my car is a pre cat and the relay & wiring kit doesn't fit in the passenger footwell, but instead between the alternator and starter.

Hot start problem now resolved, thanks David!

I've just had a new battery and starter motor fitted, and it cranks like a proper demon, now. (The battery was on its last legs and the inevitable hot starting issue had popped up.)

All I have to do now is fit the Mod-Wise kit as well.
