parts convertor

Hi all, ive recently gone from a cerbera to a griff! so obviously ive moved over here, but what i have noticed is theres no parts convertor like there is on the cerb forum!
So i wonder if we could start one?
I will go first:
Rear lights are mark3 vauxhall cavalier
Front brakes are sierra xr4x4
oil filter is standard range rover ERR3340 or champion C145
lambda sensors are standard range rover Intermotor 16339
anyone else?
