Alarm FOB Synchronization

I left my lights on yesterday and flattened my battery. I have since recharged the battery and reconnected but the Alarm/Immobiliser is not responding to the Key FOB. Do I need to resynchronize them or something, or reset the alarm ?

I have had the same problem with the added benefit! of the alarm going off every 5 minutes. So any help also appreciated. By the way mines a Meta M100RC
