Hi All,
a quick Hi as I have just bought my dream car, a Griffith 500 in rosso pearl. This is my second TVR after a spell as an S owner (previously known as heyiga on PH)
I have been reading loads of comments from you guys and ladies, some of which have answered my initial questions about my new car already, but no doubt I will come up with a few more yet.....
Will hopefully get a few pictures up as soon as possible, (once it stops raining here long enough to get the camera out.)
Any other Griff owners in N E Scotland, or am I unique?

And Hoover, yes I am blaming you for starting me thinking..... I loved my S, but it's a noise thing, and those looks, gotta be one of the most elegant designed cars ever!
It has taken me ages to find what I wanted, spec wise. I have gone for the PAS version, which suits me and the places I plan to drive it best (not to mention the wife can drive it back from the pub
)
Have managed to find one with full leather interior in red and magnolia, sports exhaust, upgraded stereo / rer speaker pack, and has been 'levened' up as well, bonus!
Downside was I had to fly to London to get it, and drive back to just south of Aberdeen... Damm only took 9 hours. note to self, take more A roads next time!
Mind you have had three flights cancelled as my first was booked into heathrow on the same day as the terrorist attacks, can you imagine how upset I was that day
still managed to get it 10 days later.
Much better motorway cruiser than my S was, could actually still hear when I got home (just) and the case of parkinsons soon faded

Thanks for all the comments, guys.. both good and bad!
Thing about TVR's is that they are all about personal taste, and I love the fact that no two are exactly the same, can you imagine a mondeo forum comparing interior colour choices?????
Personally I love the contrasting interior, much more interesting than all in one colour
Besides when you are driving a bright red, seriously loud sports car, why not have a loud red interior!
Like I said all a matter of personal taste, or in my case, lack of.... but who cares, it's mine!
