Just doing a sanity check before I start tearing the car apart... (job is to re-thread the LH exhaust manifold bolt holes, so involves removal of a head)

I have: (or am getting)

Set of ARP 3/8" UNC manifold bolts
Single 94mm head gasket
Handful of TimeSerts
Tooling for above
Thermal plate for plenum (well, there's always an excuse to mod the thing )
New workshop to play in
Haynes manual (for torque settings)
Quinny's guide to playing with v8 engines

Assuming I don't find cylindrical cam lobes or dodgy rockers, have I got everything I need?
What else is it worth me doing while this is happening? Remember timescale is short, and the car gets a body-off in December.
