Wash/Wipe Delay Unit - where to get it from ?

Hi all together,

need a new wash/wipe delay unit. in my (griff 4.3) drivers handbook it´s the third one from the left in the lower line (additional info: 13DA). same position as in the 1998 bible by the way - there it´s part-no. M0227. could somebody please be so kind to tell me the exact type of the part and also the producer. that would be very very nice. if any other part also works, i don´t matter, just tell me.

Jerko, do you mean the wiper park switch? Little plastic block that clips to the wiper? I believe it's a Lucas part, but I got mine from David Batty of The Garage.

i mean that little black plastic block that is mounted in the passengers footwell under the fuses. in fact i think it´s called a relay in correct english. it´s the third relay from the left.
