Greetings from the Porsche forum

Just popped over from the Porsche forum to say hello.

Was at my first VMax this Sunday and met with a couple of the Griff drivers.

Ballistic Banana: Beautiful machine - had fun trying to keep up with you on the M1..

Gruffgriff: thanks for the ride and demonstrating the Griff's handling abilities...!!

Met with a couple of other TVR drivers (oggs in his Chimaera) and another Griffith driver (red car - apologies but did not get your name). Very friendly bunch of guys and welcoming to a PH newbie.

Great cars - Unfortunately I'm a total wuss (and crap driver..) so need all the help I can get (ABS, traction control, etc). One day...

Hope to see you guys again at another PH event soon.

Erik, you`re most welcome. I was pleased to demonstrate how a car without driver aids handles when piloted by a muppet......I`m sure your 997 wouldn`t have pirouetted in the same fashion if everything was switched off?!

Great to meet you Erik, I was just trying to keep up with Marcus on his CBR couldnt quite squeeze through the same gaps though. Glad you enjoyed the day and hope to make a run up to one next year.

Might even be in a Red Rose 4.5 Cerby next time.

Don't know if to go for some TVR Power engine upgrades for Griff or to go for the Red Rose.

All bad Griff drivers have been killed... only the good ones are left
